Merak Mail Server 7, VisNetic Mail Server 7
To setup Merak/VisNetic for working with MailDetective please do the following:
1. Run Mail Server Administration
2. Select Options -> Logging section
3. Set SMTP logging level to Summary Logging. If you want to know where your log files stored, press Open Log Directory... button(usually this is <MailServer>\logs folder, where <MailServer> is server installation path). You should enter <MailServer>\logs path in MailDetective settings (Program settings -> Mail Server -> Path to log files).

In version 8 logging options can be found in slightly different place:
If you want to know where your log files stored, press Open Log Directory... button(on the General page).
